Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards, Paypal etc. Payment is taken once we have your order ready for dispatch. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.

 

Delivery

We deliver worldwide We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to dispatch your order with in three working days from receipt of your oder. iF you have selected a tracking method we will mail you with the tacking number.  We will also contact you by email to cofirm your order, and inform you of any items that may be out of stock. .

Delivery Costs

All kits where the postage is paid for are sent out 1st class recorded delivery.

Free postage is sent out 2nd class.

 

Insurance, the kits are only covered by the standard Royal Mail Insurance.

 

Extra insurance is available but is at a extra cost you will only be charged what the Royal Mail Charges.

These are my standard rates. If you have any special requests please email me so that I can arrange the service you require.

 

Please note that I am based in the United Kingdom.

If there is any Major discrepancy with the post charged and actual cost we will either reimburse you or issue a credit note  for amounts greater than £1.00.

 

Kits are sent out in either a padded envelope or a box depending on the size and weight of the kit. Kits supplied in a suitable box by the manufacturer are sent out wrapped in Brown paper.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Postal Times.

While I do try and post within three days after the comfirmation of payment, Some delays can unavoididly happen, Please allow 28 days for delivery, however if you are worried about anything feel free to contact me. Once the parcel is in the hands of the shipping company I can not be held responsible for any delays they experience.

 

Customs

We send out all orders with the relevant customs forms marked as a toy, it is your responsibilty to under stand your own countries Customs proceedures, and to pay for any import duty or other taxes, we cannot be held responsible for any delays with items that are held by your countries customs officals.

 

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

 

Cancellation

 

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification,  Should you cancel the order we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.

 

Returns Policy.

 We accept returns. The goods must be returned at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.

 

We always make sure the item is securely packaged and in good order when it is sent to you.

 

However being human I can make mistakes I will do everything in my power to make sure you are happy with the product and service from me, If however we can not agree to sort out our differencies then I will offer you a refund once the item has been returned to me.

Less the postage costs.

 

In A few very rare cases a administration or restock fee may be applied however this will be discussed during the attempt to correct any mistakes.

 

In the case of disputes, I need to be notified within seven days of the date of delivery, and items to be returned have to be returned with in 14 days of date of delivery unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for the postage and insurance, also for the condition of the item returned, any damage to the item will be deducted before the refund. Unless caused by our shipping method in the first instance.

After-Sales Services and Guarantees

 

We aim for 100% Customer Satisfaction, and are always more than happy to try and help you resovle any probelms, with any item you purchased from ourselves, As modeller's we expect excellent customer care when spending our hard earned cash and feel we can offer no less a service to our customers.

If any item is found to be missing or damaged please contact us and we will try to help you by supplying the replacement parts. (there may be a small Postage charge for this service).
